The Process of Building Your Project
- Step 1: Identifying clients’ needs and desired style of design elements. Site analysis of existing conditions and survey data.
- Step 2: Prepare preliminary concept plan including budget breakdowns for separate design elements for review with client.
- Step 3: Finalize master plan based on refinements of preliminary plan review, clarify and refine budget breakdowns including phasing of work as necessary.
- Step 4: At acceptance of plan and proposal, secure all required permits as necessary and submit schedule of work.
